Games are for fun
Our games are free and there is no real money in them. They are still built to be exciting, and the casino-style look can pull some people in more than they expect. These tips help you stay in charge.
Simple ways to stay in control
- Set a time limit before you start, and use a phone alarm to stick to it.
- Take regular breaks. Stand up, drink some water, look away from the screen.
- Don't play to escape stress, loneliness or low mood.
- Keep it balanced with sleep, friends, work and other hobbies.
- Remember: winning in a free game says nothing about real-money gambling, where you can lose money.
Signs it might be time to step back
- You're playing for longer than you meant to.
- You feel restless or irritable when you stop.
- You're thinking about games or gambling much of the day.
- You're playing real-money games elsewhere to chase the same thrill.
- Friends or family have said they're worried.
What we can do for you
Tell us what you need and we'll do it. Use the contact form or the Write to our care team button in the footer.
- Take a break: we'll lock your account for the time you ask.
- Restrict my account: we'll limit what the account can do.
- Delete my account: remove it yourself from your account page, or ask us to.
You can always stop by closing the tab. You don't need an account to play, and there's nothing to lose by leaving.
